Who Can Apply
International students are persons ⅰ) who enter Mainland China for the purpose of education and have no right of abode or right to land in China; ⅱ) who live in China on a non-immigrant visa/status. They are required to obtain a student visa/entry permit issued by the P. R. China authority before coming to China.
